Create your account, choose a subscription, and verify your identity to enter the network.

An account first. Pro comes next.Creating your account does not take a payment. A chapter code offers a two-week trial for both FaceFilter and Townspeak together, after both identity approvals; otherwise verify your email and choose account security before reviewing membership.

At least 12 characters, up to 72 UTF-8 bytes. Spaces and password managers are welcome.

Your private residential address

Your full residential address is encrypted and never shared with other people in the directory. Automated checks use it to support eligibility, verification and location relevance. Designated staff may privately review submitted evidence for temporary manual verification to evaluate automated screening. Evidence access requires password and two-factor confirmation, expires quickly and is audited. Your chosen profile city may be public.

Have a chapter code or admin trial invitation?

A two-week trial for both FaceFilter and Townspeak at the same time. An admin-issued chapter code waives payment for this limited premium trial. Use the same confirmed email in both apps. For adults 19+; one trial per verified person. The shared 14-day clock begins after both apps independently approve your identity. Each app still requires its account setup, review and profile requirements.

Redeem within 30 days of issue. Each code is locked to 15 total signups across both apps unless an administrator unlocks it. Your two accounts count as one place when they use the same confirmed email. No card, automatic renewal or charge. Existing paid memberships cannot be replaced by a trial.

Trial limits: FaceFilter: 20 sent DMs per rolling 24 hours, 10 new accepted connections over the whole trial, and no group sends or paid overages. Townspeak: Plus features subject to its community and sending limits. Identity approval never bypasses message safety checks.

When the locked limit is full: “The locked chapter trial limit is 15 total signups. Contact us to make the trial official.” Contact fox@facefilter.chat. Creating an account after a trial failure does not activate a trial or charge you.

Other individual admin invitations keep their own displayed terms.

Standard: $14.99/month with 100 accepted new connections. Pro: $89.99/month with unlimited connections. Card plans renew automatically when available; crypto renews manually. Standard card extras require authorization; Pro has no connection overages. Verification and your template's standard profile fields are required after payment; Unknown and private responses are valid. Refund exceptions include applicable law, billing errors and inability to provide the service. Review billing terms.

Ordinary DM sending limits after required approval: Standard, at most 1 DM per minute, 20 per rolling 60 minutes and 200 ordinary DMs per rolling 24 hours; Pro, at most 1 DM per 30 seconds, 120 per rolling 60 minutes and 10,000 ordinary DMs per rolling 24 hours. Each recipient copy counts as one DM.

Standard can own up to 3 groups and has 3 free group-message tokens per rolling 24 hours, each covering up to 99 recipients without using the ordinary DM allowance. Pro can own up to 500 groups and has no free group-message tokens. These are limits on groups you own, not groups you join. Groups can have up to 100 people including the creator; contact support for larger groups. The same limits apply to both tiers and every payment method. Unlimited connections does not mean unlimited sending speed.
